Problems With Your Order

Tell us promptly if a product is damaged, faulty, missing components, incorrect, or substantially different from its listing.

Useful information includes:

• Your order reference and selected product variant.
• A description of the problem.
• Relevant photographs or a short video.
• Images of the package and shipping label, when relevant.

Study supplies can differ in construction and included components. For a stationery set, identify any missing piece; for an organizer, describe the affected compartment or fitting.

We will review the information and arrange an appropriate remedy for a confirmed problem attributable to us, including related costs that should not fall on you.

Before Returning an Item

Request instructions before posting a return. After approval, we will identify the return destination and explain the next steps.

Do not assume the company’s registered address or the sender address on the original parcel is the correct return location.
