Use the unsubscribe link for promotional emails. Necessary transactional notices remain separate.

Reasonable safeguards reduce risks; absolute security is not guaranteed.

Protect your login credentials and report suspected unauthorized order activity. Share only the evidence needed for a support review.

Children’s Information

Purchasing is intended for adults; learning products do not require a child’s personal profile.

Parents and guardians should place orders using their own contact details. Please do not send a child’s school records, date of birth, or identifiable classroom photographs for routine product assistance. Contact us if you believe information was improperly collected from a child.

International Processing

Cross-border processing is subject to applicable safeguards.

The operator is based in China, and store providers may operate in other countries. Relevant records can therefore be processed outside your location.
