Preparation normally takes 2–4 business days after payment verification, or up to 5 during busy periods. Weekends and applicable holidays are excluded.

Estimated U.S. Delivery

Standard transit to supported U.S. addresses is estimated at 10–15 business days after dispatch. Processing is additional; arrival dates are not guaranteed.

If buying supplies for a school term, examination, or gift date, allow for both preparation and transit rather than relying on a particular arrival day.

Fulfillment & Origin

Stock and destination determine fulfillment location. Separate parcels may originate from different facilities.

For multi-item study orders, compare each parcel with its shipment notice before concluding that an organizer or stationery component is missing.

Address Changes

Request corrections immediately. Changes are not guaranteed; reasonable reshipping costs may apply to customer-supplied address errors.

Lost Shipments

Delivered but Missing

Check nearby delivery locations, then contact us. A delivered scan does not end claim review.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Report problems with relevant evidence. Confirmed store errors receive remedies without additional error-related costs.

For learning supplies, photograph bent parts, damaged pages, missing set pieces, or an incorrect variant as applicable. Keep packaging until you receive guidance.

International Delivery & Import Costs

Other destinations depend on checkout. Recipients pay applicable import costs unless expressly included.
